Vend at the Summit

The Racial Equity Summit is a convening of community members and leaders, organizations, projects, and initiatives that seek positive change in the St. Louis Region. As such, it is our hope that the Vendor Hall will also be a place for outreach and connections that amplify interesting and impactful work happening in the region. We hope you will consider vending at the Summit to share your goods, services, and work with hundreds of Racial Equity advocates.

Vendor Selection

The Vendor Interest Form is due on June 11, 2025.

Completing the form is not a final commitment or offer to be a vendor at the Summit. Due to capacity, vendor registrations are limited, and participation will be finalized through further communication. We anticipate providing notifications of selection as well as registration information in June. 

Vendor Hall Times

The Vendor Hall will only be open on Friday August 8th from 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM at the Millennium Student Center.

 

Setup will occur between 9 and 10 am and teardown between 4 and 5 pm.

Vendor Registration Tiers

Vendor registration tiers will be based on you/ your organization's yearly budget/status as described below.

 

Registration provides you with a 6 foot table with 2 chairs, 2 vendor passes for you/your organization to utilize, and 2 complimentary lunches and parking spots. Electricity will be available if needed as well.

Under $500k or 501(c)3:
$150

$500k
- $1 million:

$250

Over $1 million:
$300
