Financial Accessibility

Click the button below to register for the 2025 St. Louis Racial Equity Summit.

In an effort to make the St. Louis Racial Equity Summit accessible to a wide variety of attendees, our in-person registration is set on a sliding scale from $275 - $399. In order to reach this goal, we are asking you to make an honest assessment of what is within your means for attending the summit. The actual per-person cost of the Summit is $275. This cost is what it takes for us to provide conference space, programming, accessibility accommodations, audio-visual for a hybrid experience, and food for in-person attendees. We encourage you to pay at the $399 level if it is within your means. If neither of the levels are within your means, we invite you to contact us at res@forwardthroughferguson.org to discuss scholarship options.

Collaborator and Sustainer level registrations include full conference access, a meal, and additional “swag” items.

Virtual Only level registrations grant access to attend the summit sessions online only. This ticket level does not grant access to the in-person event.

Due to the upfront costs of hosting the Summit, we cannot offer refunds due to cancellations.
